For booths, choose between a 6' x 4' corner desk or a 6' long rectangular table. 
All locations have access to power. 

Optional extras available for rental (must be booked in advance):
   External monitor - $20 (limited number available)
   Extension cord - $15
   Power Board - $10

The Expo will make use of the whole building at Cowork Penticton, converting the desk spaces into exhibitor booths, the choir loft into a workshop space and the lower level into social space and additional exhibitor space.


Have fun with setting up your booth space, and feel free to be creative with the desk theme. You can arrange to come in and see the space so you have a better idea of your location and infrastructure. Email us to set up a time to visit the space.

When you register, we ask you to provide your logo, business name and 3 short statements about your services. This content will be used in marketing the event and will also be shown around the venue on screens (example shown below). 
So your $30 will go a long way!

What's a Micro Business?
A business with less than five (5) employees, and includes self-employed individuals.


What kind of businesses should exhibit?
Businesses who provide a service or a digital product such as freelancers, contractors, business service providers, micro businesses. Entrepreneurial & Business support organizations are welcome to exhibit as well. This is not a space for selling products, however.


Who will be attending?
Savvy small business decision-makers, people looking to start businesses, businesses looking to grow, peer businesses.


What is included with my booth?
You will choose between a corner desk booth, or a rectangular table. All positions have access to power, include one seat and have use of our WiFi network.

The corner desks work well for those displaying their portfolios on a computer and you can even have an extra seta there for more in-depth conversation. Some corner desks have shelving, which could be used for display purposes.


Can I come and select my position in person?
Yes! You can book a time to view the space and select an available position. Simply email to set up a time.


Can I bring staff with me?
Of course! You are welcome to have extra hands on deck for the day.




What is included in the Racking Option?
You are welcome to display 2 different pieces of marketing material and your businesses cards. We'll set them out on our display table. If you provide us with holders or display frames, we'll put that out as well.
